Economic Impact Payments for Homeless New Yorkers

For many homeless New Yorkers, getting the CARES Act Economic Impact Payment (EIP) can be challenging. helpNYC has put together this guidance document detailing how to receive an EIP if you are homeless and don’t have a stable address, bank account, and/or a form of identification. This document may not help in all situations, but provides thorough information when starting from scratch.
