The helpNYC.info Resource Navigator has become the leading trusted resource navigator for directly impacted New Yorkers and the social workers, homeless outreach specialists, service providers, and case managers who help them thrive.
We are honored to be the trusted source for over 5,000 New Yorkers a month to find help. But, we cannot do it without your support.
By meeting with New Yorkers by sending our volunteers to summer festivals, block parties, cultural events, and food assistance programs across the City we make direct contact with those we serve.

Is this donation tax deductable?
Yes. The helpNYC Corporation is designated by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a Public Charity under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Donations, bequests, devises, and transfers of gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
To claim a donation as a deduction on U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. Receipts are issued via email upon successful completion of a donation.

Is my donation secure?
Yes, absolutely. We partner with industry leading financial companies that use industry-standard technology to protect your information and provide a secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade, or share your person information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations, and we will only share specific information if you have given us specific permission to do so.
Do I get a Donation Recepit?
A donation receipt will be sent to the email address provided from the platform in which the donation was made. If you made a direct donation by mail, please allow up to 90 days for an acknowledgment letter and receipt to be emailed or posted to you.
Please be sure to keep a copy of the receipt for tax purposes. If you select a recurring donation, a receipt will be sent each month when the donation is processed.
How do I mail my donation?
If you would like to make a donation by check, bank check, or money order please make it payable to the "helpNYC Corporation" mailed to helpNYC Corporation, C/O Joshua Parkin, 1854 Cedar Avenue, #6L, Bronx, New York 10453.
