The first annual 2022 helpNYC Garden was a huge success. Over 45 people attended and helped raise money for the work of helpNYC. We are deeply grateful to those who donated and the partnerships we built to support our work.
Special thanks go to the party's sponsor Housing Works and to our gracious host St. John's in the Village. We could not have done this event without you!
We raised $2,949 that will go directly to the work of helpNYC.

Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen
helpNYC's Neighbor of the Year
Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen in Manhattan was honored with the helpNYC’s Neighbor of the Year Award for their staff and volunteers’ dedication to helping underserved communities shown throughout their pandemic response and adjustments. Over the past few years, the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen team has adjusted and expanded the services programs they provide through unimaginable circumstances.

Shower Power
helpNYC's Listing Partner of the Year
Shower Power in Manhattan was honored with the helpNYC’s 2022 Listing Partner of the Year Award for their programs that benefit New Yorkers by giving them a shower, personal hygiene products, and most importantly the dignity to choose their own pathway through life. By providing these very simple and basic human needs, New Yorkers that are experiencing street homelessness are restoring their personal dignity and building a foundation allowing them to thrive.

ReCharge
helpNYC's 2022 Innovation Award
The ReCharge Program at Housing Works was honored with the helpNYC’s Innovation Award for being a leader in the innovation of services for those who experience challenges with the use of Crystal Methamphetamines. The services provided by ReCharge are an innovative and effective addition to the Substance Use services provided in New York City.
